IPM证书特点
IPM是IMU推行的一套职业经理人资质认证考核体系，是一种对职业经理人知识、经验和能力水平的综合评估证明。根据IPM认证等级划分，获得IPM认证的各级职业经理人，将分别具有担当CEO、中高层经理和部门主管工作的能力。IMU所推行的IPM证书具有鲜明的市场认知度和专业含金量。其主要表现在如下几个方面：

Advantages of IPM certificates
The Professional Manager Accreditation System set up by IMU aims at making a comprehensive evaluation for the theory, capability and experiences of the professional managers on business administration. Managers with IPM certificates at different levels are able to work as CEO, mid-rank /senior manager and division chief accordingly.  In comparison with the other systems, this system is more popular and enjoys higher reputation because it is more objective and reasonable. The followings are the main advantages of this system:
·Objective authenticating. IPM accreditation for the managers all over the world is put forward by IMU, who is a strategic union of the manager associations aiming at training the international professional managers, the accreditation of which is objective, fair, professional and independent..
